The above fee includes the use of 3 microphones, projector, and screen.
An additional 50% of the standard tariff will be assessed for use or extension of the venue after 10:00pm.
Preparation / set-up on the day of the event:
Meeting room extension tariff x number of hours will be applicable.
Setup and delivery one hour prior to the reserved time is complimentary.
The setup and delivery charges for the day prior to the event will be based on the following conditions.
- a)　Setup and delivery before 4:00pm will be charged at 80% of the full-day rate.
- b)　Setup and delivery after 4:00pm will be charged at 50% of the full-day rate.
- c)　Setup and delivery after 10:00pm will be charged at 30% of the full-day rate.
